Our client is a prestigious international bank which has established banking business in China for many decades and has huge investment on human & financial capitals for Wealth Management business in mainland China recently. Due to their fast expansion, our client has increased several headcounts of WM RMs in BJ.
Your new role
As a wealth management relationship manager, you are expected to provide professional financial strategy and plan for your customers, which are referred to the high-net-worth individuals, via joining client meetings, investigating the customers’ needs, providing clients with access to advanced technical product expertise etc.
Meanwhile, you will achieve new products training and closing-deal skills to achieve team revenue objectives.
Also, you will complete transaction independently for those clients only have assent allocation needs in the meeting and improve product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training.
