Our client is a prestigious international bank which has established banking business in China for many decades and has huge investment on human & financial capitals for Wealth Management business in mainland China recently. Due to their fast expansion, our client has increased several headcounts of Insurance Specialist in BJ, SH, GZ, Shenzhen and Xi’an to better serve the RMs and customers.
Your new role
As an Insurance Specialist, also a sales partner, you are expected to work closely with Wealth Management Relationship Managers to provide professional insurance strategy and plan for your customers, which are referred to the high-net-worth individuals, via joining client meetings, investigating the customers’ needs, providing clients with access to advanced technical product expertise etc.
Meanwhile, you will provide new products training and closing-deal skills to WM RM to achieve team revenue objectives.
Also, you will complete transaction independently for those clients only have insurance needs in the meeting and improve RMs product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training.
