Your new role

∙ Relationship building with customers and promoting the company, its people, products and services
∙ Support customers to use products - assistance with processing, troubleshooting and claim management for product and supply quality problems encountered
∙ New product introduction and homologation (application guidance and certification support)
∙ Technical support on existing products
∙ Documentation management
∙ Market trends monitoring (clients and end-users)

What you'll need to succeed

1. Knowledge of polymer processing technology (extrusion and moulding by different methods). The main competence profile is SBS, compounding.
2. Knowledge of properties and brands of SBS grades (specific to the region).
3. Willingness to develop and explore product areas for all petrochemical products (focus on plastics)
4. English writing and speech skills (upper intermediate and higher)
5. Highly motivated, good communication skills, ability to multitask with large amounts of information, ability to prioritise, high analytical skills, stress-resistance, teachability
6. Confident use of MS Office, Outlook. Knowledge of SAP and Minitab as an advantage
