My client is European Company, nearly 30 years of design and manufacturing expertise to the beauty packaging industry. It has boasted a vast and prestigious portfolio of brands and have become a valuable partner for world’s leaders in the beauty, fragrance, and personal care sectors.

Your new role

Products include: the design and manufacture of cosmetic bags, scented candle accessories and packaging of international high-end cosmetics/perfume brands.

Job description: As technical support, be responsible for docking the product requirements of existing customers, and provide new product suggestions for customers, communicate customer requirements to docking factories, and be responsible for the final product deliver.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5-10 years working experience in technical support of ceramic/glass materials;
• Bachelor degree or above in inorganic nonmetallic materials, material science and other related majors.
• Experience in hardware and plastic, leather bag, paper packaging, etc.
• Have some ideas about cosmetics packaging, materials, colors and creativity;
• Working in the export department of a related trading company or supplier manufacturer is a direct experience for big brand customers;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written), English and Chinese presentation skills (written and spoken);
• Have certain international team experience (such as working in multinational companies or overseas);
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with project director and product team.
• Occasionally go to Hong Kong and other cities (training and visiting factories).
