We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Technology and Internet Services Research and Development team. You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles in our organisation. You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and determine selection criteria.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Technology and Internet Services R&D field, you will have a strong knowledge of the specific skills and qualifications required for different positions in this sector. You will be able to use various online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, job boards) to source potential candidates who have relevant experience and interest in technology, innovation, and development. You will also conduct screening interviews, assess candidates’ fit for the role and the organisation, and coordinate the hiring process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar HR role in the Technology and Internet Services R&D field or a related industry. You will also need to have excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and regulations. You will also need to have strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as a customer-oriented and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, job boards)
• Plan and conduct recruitment campaigns for various roles in the Technology and Internet Services R&D field
• Screen resumes and applications and perform initial phone interviews
• Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate job offers and finalise hiring agreements
• Maintain a database of current and potential candidates
• Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire)
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Technology and Internet Services R&D field

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar HR role in the Technology and Internet Services R&D field or a related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and regulations
• Familiarity with online sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social media platforms, professional networks, job boards)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource management systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented and results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
