Your new role

• Ensure and drive team (SMQDC) performance to enable the shop to achieve goals established by RS/RA and SMT. Train and mentor staff to respond to development needs.

• Delivery of products (CT and MT) in compliance with workshop commissions and SMQDC performance and other standards. Assignments/competencies are consistent with current needs and increase the team's sense of responsibility.

• The shop floor achieves continuous performance improvement according to plans and MMW and GS methodologies.

• Have experience of managing large teams

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Stress resistance

• Authorisation management

• Able to accept international job transfers
