Service Sales Manager

A company specialising in manufacturing and Operations is looking for a Service Sales Manager.
Your New Company:
My client is a manufacturer of high-precision mechanical components and a supplier of precision automation solutions, characterized by innovation, high quality, and modularity. Its product range extends from linear guides, racks, gears, and reducers to linear axes and truss robots based on these transmission technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieved an annual service sales target.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts. Act as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
  • Account Strategy: Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Solution Development: Ensure that the company's products and services align with the key accounts' business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Represent the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of product capabilities and limitations to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned key accounts. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on account status and keep records of sales and data pertinent to key accounts sales in SFDC and update on a weekly basis.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback on company products and services and use this to inform continuous improvements and adaptations

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, Machine Automation or a relevant field
  • Language: Chinese & English
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in customer service or sales.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

  • Ability at problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Ability to prioritize amongst competing tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suit
