Your new role

1. To develop, plan, implement and manage all sales and marketing activities resulting in optimised sales and profits consistent with annual operating budgets and supporting short-term & long-run objectives.
2. Leading the efforts of opportunity pipeline, relationship management, program execution to optimise market share growth.
3. Reporting to the CEO. Under general direction from the CEO, it operates with autonomy and latitude in decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Understand the market, identify the business opportunities, work out the strategy and execution plan to penetrate the market.
2. Setting the sales strategy will be a way of mapping where the company wants to be in the future in relation to sales and how it will get there.
3. Manage the regional business to maximise profit in the short and long term, deliver value, and achieve business objectives. Achieve assigned targets in sales revenue, gross profit, team goals and other KPIs.
4. Manage the completion of ongoing trials and marketing activities that are relevant to the sales targets.
5. Lead the regional’s sales team to create a team environment with clear objectives and expectations.
6. Supervise and support team members’ development by providing training and coaching.
7. Other tasks are assigned by the company or line manager.

Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree above and 8–12 years of sales and accounts management or related experience in the furniture related industry.
2. Cross-country operation experience is a plus.
3. Advanced communication skills, influencing skills and selling skills.
4. Strong cross-functional skills to effectively work with multiple colleagues, manage conflict, negotiate effectively, and achieve desired results.
5. Excellent English skills.
