We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to lead and manage the human resources operations for our Retail and Consumer Goods business unit. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business goals and objectives. You will also oversee employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, health and safety, and legal compliance.
As a Senior HR Business Partner in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry, you will have a deep understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities that the industry faces. You will be able to attract, retain, and develop talent that can excel in a competitive and dynamic environment. You will also foster a positive and inclusive culture that supports customer satisfaction, innovation, and collaboration. Additionally, you will keep up with the latest trends and developments in the Retail and Consumer Goods field and ensure that our organization complies with the relevant laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or a similar senior HR role in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry or a related field. You will also need to have excellent knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices, as well as employment legislation and regulations. You will also need to have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
