Our client is a globally renowned manufacturing company experiencing vigorous growth and rapid expansion in China, due to busienss expansion they are looking for a Senior Compliance Counsel in Shanghai

Your new role

• Conduct confidential investigations into potential unethical or illegal behavior, feeding lessons learned back into the organization.

• Regularly report to the China Management Committee on Group Ethics & Compliance developments and notable trends.

• Provide legal advice to stakeholders in organization, addressing compliance risk areas and reputational risk management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor of Laws from reputable law school and LL.M from overseas highly preferred

• Admitted to PRC Bar

• AT LEAST 10 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE in law firm or inhouse with solid exposure on internal investigation, compliance frame work, legal counselling experience will be an advantage

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
