Your responsibilities
−
Establishing proper sales targets and implementing required improvement plans
−
Managing capital sales close to customers
−
Identifying business opportunities for existing and potential new customers.
−
Visiting customers in cooperation with your colleagues for more sales opportunities and improved customer loyalty
−
Cooperating with the sales management team to develop existing key customer sales opportunities
−
Being responsible for the sales process and related development plans and actions
Your background
−
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical engineering, Machine automation, or related
−
5+ years’ experience in Sales Management or related management role
−
Familiar with capital business
−
Experience and good understanding of paper machinery/paper industry
−
Good communication and coordination skills
−
Good command of English, both written and spoken
−
Strong result orientation
−
Good learning ability, willingness to work with new and challenging tasks and situations
