Our client is a Swedish security services company. The company has operations in 47 markets with more than 1300 branch offices.

Your new role

As sales manager, you will be finding new business opportunities and driving sales with a selected number of end customers.

Key responsibilities

Commercial Excellence Management

- Make sure that the commercial tools are implemented and utilized

- Ensure that commercial procedures are followed

- Responsible for the maintenance of the Pipedrive

- Responsible for the maintenance of an orderly commercial filing system

- Maintain a system of controls over commercial activities

Customer Engagement

- Ensure timely and correct invoicing

- Ensure that there is always a clear strategy on how to pursue some prospects

- Building trust with the customers by visiting them, understanding their business and have a helpful approach at all times

- Building case studies that can showcase the service solution

Sales Process

- Ensure that the Pipedrive is always updated

- Ensure that the Value Proposition suits the customers’ needs and the outcomes they wish to see

- Design tailor made solutions

- Prepare a suitable costing

- Oversee negotiation and closing of the deal

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

- Maintenance of Pipedrive

- Submit tender proposals on time

- Conversion of contracts from man-guarding or installation to solutions

- Winning contracts from the competition

- New sales - Net change

- Influence margins and volumes

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance or Business or other subjects

- 8-15 years of experience

- International exposure

- Experience in service industry is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to look for creative solutions
