What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities (Standard responsibilities)

Insuring that all marketing tools and materials are available to all customers and dealers.

Establishes, develops, maintains and creates new business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business chances.

Achieving Sales Targets. Monitoring activities of the dealers and coordination. Maintaining and updating the customers-machines database.

Makes telephone calls and regular in-person visit and presentation to existing and prospective customers

Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

Coordinates sales effort with finance, logistics and technical supporter.

Analyzes the territory’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization

Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Maintain close contact with end-users, machinery agents, dealers for a strong market feedback

Collection target setting and follow up progress, initiate steps to achieve targets, outstanding management, control of over dues.

Identification of needles required by customers and handling of all customer inquiries (new needle etc.).

Reporting include International Visiting Report(IVR), Sales report, Ideal Sales Process(ISP) documentation and other sales administration.

Report preparation of the market situation and activities of competitors on regular basis

Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.

Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against targets and competitors.

Additional responsibilities.

Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a structured sales process and as well relationship-based approach

Expansion of market share

Explains products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs

Compliance with company rules and regulations within division

Ensure adherence to company’s safety and security guidelines / norms.

Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness in the division and at work place
