We are looking for a qualified and experienced pharmaceutical sales director to join our team and lead our sales department. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, expanding and maintaining sales channels and customer relationships, planning and implementing marketing and promotional activities, negotiating and executing sales contracts, and overseeing sales management systems and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy, medicine, marketing, business administration, or related fields ;
• At least 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position ;
• Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, products, market trends, and competitors ;
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ;
• Ability to motivate, train, and evaluate sales staff ;
• Ability to analyse sales data and generate reports ;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
