岗位职责 (ROLE SUMMARY):

This position entrusted with full P&L responsibility for ALL products pioneering and evolving business modules with the strong strategic thinking to assess a range of variables including market trends and opportunities, competition, developing marketing & field force strategy and tactics, budget allocation and expense control, cultivating talents, strengthening team & culture, ensuring the operation excellence. The role will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients

lives, and truly change the paradigm of care.

任职要求 (QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS):

1. Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a sales management position.
2. BS/BA in Pharma, biochemistry, clinical medicine related major.
3. Experience in managing Specialty medicine Area
4. Strong customer focus with the ability to adapt to internal client needs and expectations.
5. Demonstrated track record of producing outstanding results as a leader of teams and/or organizations with significant scale.
6. Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams
