Your new role

As they are growing aggressively, they are urgently seeking a Legal Counsel to be responsible for providing ongoing legal counselling in a wide range of legal areas within the company, such as preparing and reviewing agreements, data privacy issues, corporate secretary management, general compliance requests and different legal responsible for providing ongoing legal counselling in a wide range of legal areas within the Company, such as preparing and reviewing agreements, data privacy issues, corporate secretary management, general compliance requests and different legal daily consultations referred to the Chinese territory.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a minimum of 5 years’ general commercial experience with a company or law firm, an ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, result oriented. The ability to anticipate legal issues and risk, develop legal strategies and set objectives can ensure your success in this role.
