Our client is a world-renowned high-end watch company with a long history. It is widely praised by high-net-worth individuals and its business in the Asia-Pacific region is constantly expanding. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Legal Counsel - Entertainment law

Your new role

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with artists, KOLs, PR agencies, and other partners, including agreements related to performances, endorsements, copyrights, trademarks, etc.
• Protecting the company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Assisting with infringement issues.
• Providing legal advice to internal teams, answering legal queries, and ensuring business compliance.
• Identifying and managing potential legal risks, devising appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

• LL.B above from reputable law school with PRC Bar

• At least 5 years working experience in entertainment law, especially in Artist collaboration, KOLs, PR agencies, and art exhibitions.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
