Your new role

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IT projects and programs in the IT department. The scope of projects focuses on SAP Finance, Treasury and HFM Consolidation Tool.

What you'll need to succeed

-Create project plans including objectives, deliverables, time plan, budget, organization
-Build effective project team structures and recruit/assign project staff
-Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
-Deliver on time, within budget and with quality
-Guide, steer and motivate project team members
-Define and project objectives, deliverables, roles, planning and budget to successfully deliver projects.
-Ensure compliance with respect to IT project methods, approaches, and project reporting
-Work with architecture to ensure that standards are implemented consistently in projects
-Promotes best practice methods, approaches, and practices for project management
-Organize post project reviews contribute to improving project management capability.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or above, major in business management, computer science, computer engineering or related field.
-5+ years’ experience in project management roles in IT organization.
-Familiar with SAP, skillful in SAP FICO is plus.
-Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of successful IT project delivery.
-Project Management Certification is a plus.
-Solid knowledge of business process (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.)
-Excellent verbal and written English.
