Your new role

Provides leadership for those involved in the support of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management. Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company’s data, tools and information systems.
Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility. Usually requires subject matter knowledge of user group for practical application of system characteristics. Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted.

This is a management position that contributes and achieves results through others. The role is responsible for managing subordinates in professional jobs or managing through subordinate managers / supervisors or is a leader of process that achieves results through others, whom are not direct reports. Job requires comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles in their discipline. The requirement for a broader knowledge implies the need to understand other concepts and principles in context in order to resolve issues that have an impact beyond the area. The job has full management of a team, including management of people, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions or changes.

What you'll need to succeed

-Minimum 10 years of professional experience required
-Multiple domain experience of supply chain, finance, operations, manfufacturing, data while working in the ERP domain
-Past record of working as a business analyst in a large organization
-Technical knowledge on ERPs like – Dynamics 365, Oracle, JDE, SAP etc will be an added advantage or Leading large scale ERP programs as a business analyst
-Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is required
-Experience with process mapping is required.
