Our client is a Sino-foreign equity joint venture between a leading global integrated financial institution and State-owned securities company. Since its inception, it has been operating investment banking business in China for more than 15 years, including IPO, M&A, DCM.

Your new role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Investment Banking Division (IBD) as an Analyst. The successful candidate will be part of our Industrial Coverage team, focusing on deal execution.

• Assist in the execution of M&A, IPO, and other financing transactions.
• Conduct industry research and financial analysis.
• Prepare client presentations and other materials.
• Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate deal processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in industrial coverage.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
