2. Influence and impact high growth and dynamic businesses through effective management of a wide range of employee-relations issues;
3. Establish trusted relationships quickly, and lead with warmth, empathy, compassion and creativity to drive the right corporate culture.

HR Function:
1.Directing the planning, development, implementation, administration and budgeting of the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, C&B, training, employee relations, performance management, etc;
2. Develop, review and improve company’s HR strategy, policies, budgets, activities, practices and processes that translate business strategies to maximize organisational effectiveness;
3. Build up, develop and maintain company culture to support the company’s vision and mission, enhance employee engagement and deliver corporate culture by organizing activities and staff communication programs to create a healthy and harmonious working environment;
4. Implement performance management and build performance driven culture;
5. Work closely with business leaders, assisting them to understand and implement company policies, procedures, and in compliance with laws/regulations;
6. In charge of labor dispute cases of the company, evaluate its impact to operation and development of contingency and/or regulatory plans. Ensure that the company is in compliance with employment laws and identify legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources function;


Admin. Function:
1.Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve office operational efficiency and ensure a safe and secure working environment;
2.Lead the admin team to conduct the qualified reception/admin assistance towards the facility to ensure the satisfaction for the visitors or expatriate employees, including; transport, hotel, visa arrangements, etc;
3.Work closely with related functions and business team to complete renovations / repair & maintenance;
