HRBP

Suzhou MNC HRBP/HRM role
  • Be responsible for an around 200-employee Plant HR management.
  • Adapt Suzhou’s Plant HR management system according .
  • Be responsible for departmental and Safety standardization management activities.

Knowledge :

  • University diploma , education in human resources or management is preferable.
  • HR hands-on knowledge in Plant .
  • Having fundamental knowledge of manufacturing.
  • Being familiar with labor laws and regulations.

2. Mindset & Skills :

  • HR Business partner sense.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • S olid team player.
  • C oaching and leadership skills .
  • Fluent English and Mandarin.

3. Experiences :

  • Minimum of 5 years human resources experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR managerial experience.
  • Preferable to have experience in MNC with manufacturing background in industry .
  • ISO experience would be an advantage.

4. Abilities :

  • Ability to influence others.
  • Ability to architect and drive change .
  • Ability to lead in a cross culture .
