• Consulting with the management and providing daily HR guidance on various issues, such as employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Analysing trends and metrics with the HR department and recommending solutions to improve the HR processes and outcomes
• Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances in a timely and effective manner
• Working closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Providing HR policy guidance and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards and best practices
• Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning and identifying gaps and opportunities
• Identifying training needs for teams and individuals and evaluating training programs
• Suggesting and implementing new HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals and culture
