Your new role

1. Representing the company to customers, suppliers, partners, and all employees
2. Manage daily operations
3. P&L responsibility for the legal entity
4. Drive and develop the regional business
5. First point of contact for all regional escalations
6. Build and manage the local team
7. Coordinate with the global senior management team
8. Represent the legal entity in global strategy discussions and acting at the voice of the customers within his region
9. Initiating and leading discussions to derive new business opportunities based on market experience and analysis
10. Execute strategy and instructions from the shareholders and the advisory committee, if any
11. Report business performance and issues to the shareholders on a regular basis
12. Seek approval from shareholder on major decisions in compliance with corporate governance policy
13. Place of service is at the Company’s registered place of business

Your major responsibility

1. Successfully completed studies in business administration and finance, with proven experience in similar positions in automotive or technical market branches
2. Strong business sense, with real-world familiarity regarding finance including direct/indirect cost, profitability and cash flow
3. At least 5 years of professional experience in senior management positions
4. Good knowledge of market and business including customer acquisition and supplier development, purchasing, inventory, logistics, etc.
5. Excellent communication skill in a multi-culture environment, with internal local and global team
6. Fluent local language and English orally as well as writing
7. Willingness to work and travel globally and a strong will to succeed
