Your new role

• Financial and Accounting Oversight: Efficiently manage and supervise day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
• Financial Analysis: Thoroughly examine monthly and year-to-date financial reports, conducting detailed variance analyses against historical performance and forecasts.
• Compliance and Reconciliation: Ensure that balances are reconciled, substantiated with supporting documentation, and fully compliant with both Group and local financial policies.
• Process Excellence: Evaluate and enhance finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing guidance on process improvements and controls.
• Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with the country's CEO and cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to bolster business objectives.
• Treasury Management: Partner with the Group's treasury team, interfacing with banking institutions on treasury matters, analysing cash flows, and monitoring funding requirements.
• Audit and Tax Reporting: Oversee audits and tax reporting to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Special Projects: Offer support for ad-hoc finance special projects when necessary.

What you will need to succeed ：

• Experience: A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Planning, with a prerequisite exposure to audit.
• Professional Certification: Hold a Chartered Accountant qualification, and be a member of an internationally recognized accountancy body such as CPA, FCCA, or an equivalent.
• Financial Acumen: Possess a strong grasp of financial and business concepts.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical skills for data collection and interpretation.
• Problem-Solving: Exhibit analytical thinking and proficiency in problem-solving.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to details and have a results-oriented mindset.
• Language: proficiency in Chinese and English, including writing, reading, and speaking.
