The executive manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the automotive IT company. The executive manager works closely with the board of directors, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure the company’s vision, mission, and goals are achieved. The executive manager also fosters a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s short-term and long-term business plans, policies, and strategies in alignment with the industry trends and market opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor the company’s financial performance, budget, and resources, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and supervise the company’s functional departments, such as product development, sales and marketing, customer service, human resources, and IT operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, partners, investors, and the media.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions that can enhance the company’s competitive advantage and growth potential.
  • Promote and support the company’s culture, values, and brand image, and ensure a high level of employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, and showcase the company’s products, services, and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the automotive IT industry, with at least 5 years of senior management or executive leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing an automotive IT company or a similar business.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the automotive IT market, products, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse and talented team.
  • The ability to adapt to changing business environments and customer demands.
  • Passionate about innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
