Digital Senior System Manager

What you'll need to succeed
Monitor technology trends and develop deep understanding of digital business strategy in the area of HCP/Patient to (1) proactively propose best-fit digital technology systems and platforms; (2) form technology release plan and roadmap of digital product lifecycle to enable strategic imperatives and drive business value; (3) continue improve to increase adoption and consumption of the solutions Developing strong relationship and orchestrate with variety of stakeholders (including but not limited to Region China LoB, Digital Health Hub, China Innovation Hub and customers) for synergy Proactively identify and resolving technical and resource challenges; Lead supplier to scope, plan and deliver work, applying established methodologies (ex. Agile) and best practice (ex. return-of-investment, reusability) Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate and IT standards (ex. Architecture, quality, compliance and security); balance short-term achievement with long-term goal (ex. minimizing technical debt, while maximizing resiliency)
Working on ongoing digital technology roadmap development according to company standard collaborating with Region China LoB, Digital Health Hub, China Innovation Hub. Align with business strategy, manage digital technology projects with architect and governance consideration through collaborating with supplier.

Promote project delivery performed in agile approach.
