The Digital Sales and Service Solution Leader will work with a diverse, cross-functional group of stakeholders to accelerate growth for business units. This unique role is a flexible and dynamic leader of people, projects, and products. The Delivery Leader balances big picture goals and tactical details, fusing analytical and creative thinking. This individual appreciates diverse perspectives, spots unique strengths in interdisciplinary teams, and understands how to synthesize varied inputs to get things done.

TheSolution Lead will be the focal business and product liaison between assigned Digital Business unit and DSS product management to drive digital experiences results across CRM, Marketing, and E-Commerce, wechat/wecom, etc. This role will work across multiple facets of commerce, personalization, and marketing while collaborating with the Digital organization to deliver on digital experience design.

The ideal candidate would have experience create a flexible global template to accelerate overall speed to market and adaptability to customer needs. • Work with BU Leaders and BRM’s on successful program delivery for key programs within DSS COE

• Manage Budgeting, Resourcing, and Agile delivery metrics for all designated pod teams

• Support architecture review board, Support DevOps and deployment activities, and Manage Release Calendar coordination

• Managing the technical strategy and roadmap of the common Digital sales and service (DSS) solution for China

• Managing the architecture design and developing of the DSS, including cloud infrastructure, backend application, mobile App and SAAS solutions to support different business model across China

• Managing the user interface design for DSS solutions to provide excellent user experience

• Working together with HQ and regional DSS technical team to leverage existing technologies in Carrier to build efficient solution development standard and process

• Working closely with BU BRM team to understand specific technical and business requirements, and consolidating into the one technical platform strategy

• Working with external partnership, customers and suppliers to build the integrated digital solution per business requirement

• Responsible for data analysis strategy design, utilize advanced technology such as AI, ML and NLP to provide value added solution based on data collected

• Work closely with Digital Technology professionals and Center of Excellence tower leads within the company to ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, budget for project execution.

• Work closely with external operators, vendors and internal teams to ensure DSS solution are delivered on-time with cost efficiency, which includes price negotiation, closely monitor the project status and coordinate the technical issues.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years of strong experience with program management of large and complex programs globally

5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams including ERP, integration middleware etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to lead virtual teams and deliver results in a diverse stakeholder environment

Experience with Agile and SAFe development methodologies

Experience with Salesforce or SaaS program delivery

Excellent communication skills, and ability to rally team members around a common vision. Strong upward-influencing skills

Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders to drive change

Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills

Expert in China digital ecosystem technologies, capabilities and key players . Deep understanding of DSS technologies and solutions.
