- 与合作团队建立顺畅高效的合作流程，理顺客户成功团队工作的优先级，快速实现阶段性目标；
- 管理并带动团队成员迅速成长；
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，英语熟练，CET-6及以上；
- 三年以上团队管理经验；
- 熟悉国内大型互联网平台商业化运作规律；
- 对互联网广告产品有较深刻的认知，对行业客户有深入研究；
- 完善和系统的报告能力，较强的数字分析与解读能力；
- 较好的谈判与沟通能力，多重任务下的承压力。
