Your new role

Ensuring data processing tasks quality fulfill the requirements and meet KPIs.

Implementing a daily random check of the data that is processed by team members.

Lead a team of 3, monitor and evaluate team members’ performance.

Responsible for the team’s performance in terms of productivity and accuracy and responsible for the reports to management.

Solve questions raised by the team member in daily work and tackle issues.

Balance team members’ workload, steer work assignments.

Communicating with shipping lines office for clarification.

Training and mentoring team members.

Other tasks assigned by the manager.

What you'll need to succeed

English reading and writing skills.

Skillful communication with internal and external clients.

Timely email reply manner, which shall be clear and concise at all times.

Time management skills.

Have the sense and responsibility regarding work.
