Corporate Communications & PR Senior Manager

This position plays a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and decision-making process.

Brand Communication

  1. Conduct thorough research on market trends and customer needs in the elevator industry to develop the company's brand positioning and strategic direction, ensuring a competitive advantage in a highly competitive market.
  2. Identify the core values and unique characteristics of the company's brand to shape a distinct brand image that highlights the company's strengths in quality, safety, and technological innovation.
  3. Cooperate with internal customers to promote and improve image through media, corporate advertising and strategic planning, help establish and implement solutions for major corporate crisis.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' brand strategies to effectively adjust and optimize the company's brand communication strategy.
  5. Contribute to branding and public relations activities to help business development.

Public Relations

  1. Establish and maintain good relationships with media, industry associations, social organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  2. Plan and organize various public relations activities , including press conferences, media interviews, industry reports, etc., to enhance the company's image and reputation in the public perception.
  3. Handle media inquiries and crisis situations, effectively communicate the company's information and stance, and safeguard the company's reputation.

Government Affairs

  1. Maintain and develop the communication and cooperation relationship with provincial, municipal and district governments, and effectively communicate company’s position to relevant government departments.
  2. Timely convey the company's viewpoints and positions on policy formulation and industry regulations to ensure the company's interests are adequately considered.
  3. Provide professional opinions and recommendations to support collaborative projects and strategic partnerships between the company and government departments.
  4. Regularly collect, organize and report the relevant government policies and regulations, and make further analysis.


  1. Bachelor’s degree or above of Economics, Public Administration, Public Health, Trade, Foreign Affairs, Public Relations preferred.
  2. Rich experience on government communication, excellent capabilities of communication, coordination and persuasion.
  3. At least 10 years’ brand communication or public affairs related working experience with government, Fortune 500 MNCs, famous Chambers/Association/NGOs in China.
  4. Must be independent and flexible carrying out work activities and effective at building relationships internal and external of the company.
  5. Pro-active, optimistic, good balance between strategic thinking and tactic skill.
  6. Great leadership skills with excellent teamwork spirits.
  7. Excellent English in written and oral, excellent operation skill on Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
