Your new role

• Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, SFE, KA, SC), co-create technology-enabled business strategies through overall Org Unit

• Provide strategic direction, prioritization, mobilization of resources aligned to shared business objectives with respective areas, such as sales force effectiveness, supply chain, distribution channel management etc.

• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and be accountable for the Product Portfolio

• Take leadership role that educates, advises and challenges to enrich business area strategy for the benefit of the whole.

• Negotiate and influence to ensure the right solution owners are assigned to key initiatives.

• Identify business opportunities and work with business and informatics partners to architect, design, prototype and deliver continually improved IT and digital products/solution.

• To help business owners to shape the business process and improve business efficiency by enabling the right technology/solutions.

• To lead a task team to analyze customers' requirements and propose cost-effective IT solutions for the business.

• To give advice on opportunities enabled through technology.

• To identify, assess business needs, track and mitigate risks at multiple levels. Anticipate business change, provide escalation management, balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve processes, compliance and data-driven decision making.

• Train end users and establish workflows for adoption and success.

• Drive continuous improvement through ongoing optimizations and upgrades.

• Monitor system SLAs, usage and performance to enhance user experience.

• Partner with commercial data analysts to enable advanced reporting and insights.


Job qualifications

• At least 8 years working experience in operation environments in multiple technical or business domains

• Good knowledge of project management framework, and SDLC (software development lifecycle).

• Strong business acumen and relationship building skills.

• Solid business knowledge and strong communication skills.

• Self-motivated, innovative, responsible and reliable with energy driven to implement change

• Customer focus mindset with clear goal orientation

• Results orientation, capability to make things done in complex environment.

• Hands-on skills or experience in setup, configuration, deployment and administration of systems for event management and supply chain, etc will be a strong plus.
