Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans that align with the organization’s goals and values
  • Source and attract candidates using various methods and channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and events
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization
  • Conduct interviews and assessments using various tools and techniques, such as behavioral, situational, and technical questions, tests, and simulations
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance and quality standards in all recruitment activities, such as documentation, reporting, and feedback
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and COE partners to understand their hiring needs and provide them with timely and relevant recruitment insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on the latest talent acquisition trends, best practices, and technologies and share them with the COE team and the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a COE or a shared service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Taleo
  • Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
