What you'll need to succeed

1. Predict market demand and strive for critical market opportunities.

2. Strive to maximize company profits, increase market share, and achieve better returns.

3. With corresponding keen insight, utilize revenue management strategies to effectively manage various revenue aspects within the company.

4. Adjust appropriately to ensure maximum sales and revenue, execute and record according to standards.

5. Responsible for formulating and executing business budgets and plans.

6. Responsible for formulating action plans that align with the overall business objectives of the company.

7. Responsible for tracking and analyzing the booking process, team traffic, paying special attention to and strengthening the management of reserved rooms in the team, and better reducing team volume to maximize revenue.
