Job Duties

  • Overseas, lead and monitor sales, marketing, profit margin and business development for products, Private Labels & new brands in China.
  • Identify and develop product portfolio that meet consumer needs and best deliver top line sales and margin.
  • Introduce, lead and organize key accounts management, sales forecasting and promotions planning, strategic planning on key retailers, expand distribution
  • Define business needs and priority from channel to product, pricing, brand positioning
  • Work with internal cross function stakeholders to draw resources to support business development needs
  • Build an organisation with right people in sales, marketing, product development to support sales and margin growth

Requirement

  • University graduate of sales, marketing, business or related discipline
  • Well experienced in personal care products or home small appliances in China
  • Have in-depth acquaintance or exposure coverage of different sales channels including on-line in China
  • Proven track record on sales and margin growth of the Sales & Marketing business in China
  • High initiative, creative, detail minded with strong sense of ownership of business
  • Well-organised with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, proactive, flexible and a team player
  • Good command of English both in speaking and writing
  • Good computer skills
