• Lead a team of five to manage the bank’s risk in IT, market, credit, and enterprise risk.
• Develop and maintain a risk management framework in line with global standards and local regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the bank’s operations.
• Ensure the integration of risk management with the bank’s strategic planning.
• Communicate risk assessments and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional risk management certifications.
• At least 15 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape in China and globally.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
