Purpose/Role of the job
My client is an MNC company, ranking amongst the top ten ems companies in the world. Its business scope includes designing and producing special electronic equipment, testing instruments, new electronic components and other products. There are 30 sites in the world with more than 15,000 employees.
- Develop the company's business, to achieve the company's goal. Be confident to lock in the above or similar industries and achieve annual sales of 20-30mil within 1–2 years.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Medical equipment, life science and laboratory equipment, new energy includes electric vehicle-related industrial chain, aviation, artificial intelligence and big data, industrial automation control and other evergreen and tuyere industries.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and sales support members
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 10 years working experience.
- Engineering education background, preferably related to electronic engineering.
- Good communication skills.
- English is workable.
