Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans and campaigns that support our marketing, sales, and customer service goals
• Manage and coordinate the production and distribution of various communication materials, such as press releases, newsletters, social media posts, videos, and podcasts
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness and impact of our communication activities and provide regular reports and feedback
• Manage and supervise the communication team and provide guidance, support, and feedback
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as the media, influencers, partners, and customers
• Ensure that our communication materials and messages are consistent, accurate, and aligned with our brand identity and voice
• Stay updated on the latest communication trends, tools, and best practices and recommend new and innovative ways to communicate with our audiences
• Manage the communication budget and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in a communication role, preferably in a senior or managerial position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Creative and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various communication tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and social media best practices
