Your New Role

1. Build and lead the AI algorithm team to make real impact of data driven approaches on

accelerating the drug discovery process for both small molecule and biologics projects.

2. Lead the effort of developing innovative models to identify novel targets, predict drug

bioactivity, ADMET, etc using advanced machine learning or deep learning approaches.

3. Be responsible for the denovo design of diverse druglike and synthetic tractable novel

chemical library with biased properties to support hit finding and further optimization.

4. Provide expertise and leadership to enhance model accuracy, generalization,

interpretation, automation, and applicability.

5. Solve critical issues and find technical directions to the team

6. Support drug discovery projects, evaluate model performance, and interactively improve existing methods.

What you'll need to succeed

1. PhD in computer science, data science, computational chemistry or biology, mathematics,

statistics, physics, engineering, or related disciplines.

2. Minimum of 5 years of algorithm development experience in industry. Pharma or biotech

experience is preferred

3. Strong expertise in programming, scientific computing, and machine/deep learning etc

4. Hands on experience of methodology or software development with tractable open

source contributions or scientific publications.

5. Leadership experience in industry is preferred.
