Your new role

1. Target discovery and validation using public muti-omics data & ML/AI algorithm a). Design ML methods to find novel ADC TAAs from high-dimensional data, including bulk tissue RNAseq, DIA proteomics, single-cell sequencing, in vitro CRISPR knock-out data, leveraging public datasets such as TCGA, GTEx, HPA, FUSCC, iProX, DepMap etc. b). Uncover and validate targets for chronic auto-immune diseases by conducting genome-wide association studies (GWAS) on UKbiobank cohorts, followed by linkage analysis on Gain-offunction/Loss of function and phenotypes. c). Indication or target prioritization through Nature Language Processing (NLP)-based literature mining techniques.

2. Generate Data-driven insights on ADC payloads resistance MOA and guide indication selection, using high-throughput in vitro screening data in GDSC and PRISM.

3. Biomarker discovery through ML/AI models trained on clinical drug response and genomic information data or preclinical large scale in vitro screening data.

4. Employ PKPD modeling and simulation to guide molecule design and assess drug efficacy.

5. Develop online platforms to facilitate target validation and automate the integration and analysis of in vivo data such as tumor growth inhibition (TGI) and body weight.

6. Conduct technical reviews on the development of NGS-related CDx and LDT products validation.
