Your new role

1. Plan trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret protection and development strategies for the company based on the company's characteristics;

2. Analyse the IP-related legal affairs involved in the company;

3. Have profound experience in trademark and copyright matters. Priority will be given to those with experience in patent infringement;

4. Assist department heads to provide IP litigation support;

5. Provide IP business support (legal consultation, review, etc.) to personnel from other departments of the company;

6. Other related work was arranged by the company.

What you'll need to succeed

1. 6–10 years of intellectual property experience;

2. Work experience in well-known Red Circle firms and outside firms;

3. Pass the legal professional qualification examination;

4. Priority will be given to those with legal work experience and/or litigation experience;

5. Strong written and oral expression skills, strong learning ability;

4. English can be used as the working language in specific scenarios as needed;

6. Honest, responsible, team spirit, willing to learn and accept challenges.
