• Design and implement HR strategies and programs that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience
• Lead and manage a team of HR specialists and consultants who deliver high-quality HR services and solutions to various business units and functions.
• Establish and monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of HR initiatives and interventions
• Ensure compliance with local and global HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Identify and address HR issues and risks and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function and across the organisation
• Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices and leverage them to enhance HR capabilities and offerings.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Professional certification in human resources such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
• Proven experience as an HR manager, HR business partner, or HR consultant in a large and complex organisation
• In-depth knowledge of various HR functions and practices such as talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Proficiency in HR software and systems such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS
