Your new role
- Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the board and the family
- Manage the necessary administration in the SG Office
- Conduct detailed research on schools and related to children
- Manage the schedule for household staff and handle any related employment administration
- Arrange and coordinate the logistics arrangements with the house staff for family members
- May facilitate urgent case outside work hours if required
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a varied Personal Assistant role
- Background with Office Administration in Financial Services preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Resourceful and extremely detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering with excellence
- Motivated, proactive, and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Must be either Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
