What you'll need to succeed

1. Responsible for building an innovative retail business integrity risk management system, establishing and improving integrity risk management levels, processes, and integrity compliance mechanisms
2. Responsible for promoting and promoting the company's integrity and compliance culture, integrity and compliance system, enhancing employees' awareness of integrity risk prevention, and preventing the occurrence of fraud incidents.
3. Responsible for developing anti fraud data monitoring models, identifying and evaluating fraud risks across the entire business chain, formulating effective strategies, developing integrity risk monitoring data monitoring models, promoting the development of automated risk monitoring tools, monitoring potential integrity violations that may exist in the business process, and issuing monitoring warnings to business managers to prevent integrity risks in advance and during the process.
4. Investigation of integrity and violation cases: Coordinate with the CCO system supervision department and security investigation department of the group, cooperate in corruption cases and information security investigations, and collaborate to complete the investigation of general violation cases within the business department.
5. Through the review of integrity and violation incidents, we aim to promote reform and governance through cases, and collaborate with relevant departments to continuously improve the fraud prevention management system and processes, in order to prevent the occurrence of fraud incidents.
