Your new company

Our client is a prestigious global bank, who has established banking business in mainland China for decades. In order to meet up its rapidly expansion wealth management business in China, there are several new headcounts of WM RM in BJ, SH, GZ, SZ, XI’an, Qingdao etc. on urgently hiring.

Your new role

As a WM RM, you are expected to expand the client base and building long-term relationships with them.

Meanwhile, you will provide appropriate financial and investment product services according to clients' financial needs and manage clients' wealth.

In addition, you will promote financial services to potential clients, identify their needs and refer them to other business units where appropriate.

Moreover, you need to co-operate with the implementation of branch improvement initiatives, reflect customer feedback and ensure compliance with branch operational requirements and quality assurance

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree or higher, finance, business or related discipline a plus

- Front-line customer service experience and good at building customer relationships

- Excellent sales and customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent customer service

- Understanding of and a keen interest in the financial markets

- Mature and independent, able to perform well under pressure
