What You'll Do
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be accountable for the company’s technical relationship with the world’s most influential Enterprise customers. You will proactively
communicate with our customers to provide guidance and accept feedback to drive internal prioritization.
In this role, you will
- Represent the company as you regularly engage with game developers across a variety of communication channels - written, virtual, and in-person
- Track and strengthen the company’s relationship with influential enterprise developers
- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Work with the company’s product and engineering teams to mutually craft platform priorities and road maps, supported directly by developer feedback and requests
- Identify opportunities where developers and the company can mutually benefit from deeper relationships
- Improve gaps in process and communication, both within the company and externally
What we're looking for
- Inclusive personality that feels comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Strong self-starting skills to enthusiastically address ambiguous problems
- Technical proficiency to understand, categorize, and prioritize needs
- Strong understanding of 3D design, visualization, and virtual production workflows
- Experience in game engines is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
