Your new role

The person will collaborate with the stateside quality and engineering leadership team to establish a robust quality and engineering system throughout the whole supply chain.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering or equivalent experience
• 20+ years of experience in the quality or engineering field; furniture or toy industry preferred
• 10+ years of experience managing people
• Proven leader with excellent change management track-record; excellent leadership and management skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as BIFMA, EN, ASTM and ANSI
