Your new role

1. Supplier Evaluation and Selection
   • Lead the assessment and selection of potential suppliers to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and requirements.
   • Conduct on-site audits and evaluations of suppliers' facilities, processes, and quality management systems.
2. Quality Management
   • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for suppliers.
   • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality levels.
3. Problem Resolution
   • Address and resolve quality issues and disputes with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
   • Work closely with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of quality problems.
4. Communication and Collaboration
   • Establish and maintain strong communication channels with suppliers to ensure clear understanding of quality expectations.
   • Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, engineering, and production to manage supplier-related matters.
5. Quality Data Analysis
   • Collect, analyse, and report supplier quality performance data to management for decision-making.
   • Use data-driven approaches to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll get in return

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supplier quality management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, ISO standards, etc.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Familiar with CNC process's quality control.
6. Good spoken English skills.
