1. A multi-solution provider for selected target PRC corporates (e.g. large SOE, market leading large PRC privately-owned enterprise) that fits into our client portfolio. To develop and establish long relationships with target clients, follow and comply with rules and regulations.

2. Manage existing relationships and explore new relationships, develop relationships with existing clients, pursuing ancillary business. Start new relationships with clients who have the potential to be core clients.

3. Maximise the bank’s overall return, efficiently use the bank’s resources and capital. Effectively work with products and cross-selling, documentation to protect the Bank’s interest.

4. Credit Monitoring, completing credit applications for new and/or renewal transactions, and conducting deep and thorough credit analysis before extending credit.

5. Cooperate with product groups and/or other departments to develop new products and services, bring new ideas.

6. Improve market profile, mandate hunting, proactively lead the team and be a role model for subordinates.

7. Collaboration with various teams of overseas offices to support our client’s overseas operations, timely sharing of information, and provide value-added information to clients.

8. Follow and comply with rules and regulations, understand and follow internal and external regulations and rules, close communication with Legal & Compliance departments as well as back & middle offices.

Requires:

1. University graduate;

2. Min. 10 years experience as relationship manager in the banking/financial services industry is preferred. Experience in the new economic sector will be a plus.

3. Relationship management, credit monitoring, risk management, financial analysis, banking and finance products, negotiation and presentation, communication.

4. Good understanding of Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Loans

5. Fluent Chinese, English, Good PC skills, commitment, management skills
