General Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join the team. The position is working closely with Global IT and domestic technology departments, mainly focused on supporting our China Sites(Offices, Labs and Plants) . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and new projects of our network infrastructure, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network systems. The position will work closely with other members of the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve network issues and ensure that our network infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable.

Essential Functions of the job:

1.Design, implement, and maintain Greater China network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including performance problems, connectivity issues, and configuration errors.
3. Perform network monitoring and analysis to ensure the availability and performance of our network infrastructure.
4. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to plan and implement network upgrades and new deployments.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topology, and system changes.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.3+ years of experience in network or a related field.
3. Experience with network design and implementation, including switches, WLAN, firewalls, and other networking devices.
4.Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN.
5. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
